By default traditional WebSphere Application Server will prefix new
J2C authentication aliases with the cell name when they are
created, for example, suppose your cell name is WAS123CellManager01
and a new J2C authentication alias named as DB2_Admin is created,
defined aliases can be listed clicking on Security ->Global
Security, then under Authentication click Java and Authorization
Service ->J2C authentication data, in this panel this alias will
appear as WAS123CellManager01/DB2_Admin.This behavior can be
enabled or disabled in above panel clicking on Prefix new alias
names with the node...
